The beach is just a short stroll away, and surf spots are easily accessible Space: - 3 bedroom - 2 ensuited private bathrooms with showers - smart TV in living room - Enclosed living room with big screen tv - kitchen is fully equipped - Roof top - Outdoor private swimming pool Capacity: Basic capacity is 6 person Children up to 8 years old, sharing existing bedding, stay for free. Party Rules: We do have a policy against large parties and events to ensure the tranquility of our neighbourhood, a small, private celebration (birthdays , hen parties) among the guests staying at the villa is acceptable (up to 6 persons). However, we do ask that noise levels are kept in check, especially after 10 PM, out of respect for our neighbours.
