It is centrally located in Canggu, Bali's premier tourist destination, within walking distance of key attractions, shops, rests, spas, and entertainment. The beach is just a short stroll away, and surf spots are easily accessible Space: - 3 bedroom - 2 ensuited private bathrooms with showers - smart TV in living room - Enclosed living room with big screen tv - kitchen is fully equipped - Roof top - Outdoor private swimming pool Capacity: Basic capacity is 6 person Children up to 8 years old, sharing existing bedding, stay for free. Party Rules: We do have a policy against large parties and events to ensure the tranquility of our neighbourhood, a small, private celebration (birthdays , hen parties) among the guests staying at the villa is acceptable (up to 6 persons). However, we do ask that noise levels are kept in check, especially after 10 PM, out of respect for our neighbours.

We are available during our working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to assist with any inquiries or requests you may have. Frequently Asked Questions: Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud activities are permitted between 8 am and 10 pm. Safety: The villa is safe and secure, but please keep valuables in the provided safety box. We are not responsible for any missing belongings outside the deposit box. If you forget your safe code, we can help you open it; however, due to security protocols, this procedure takes about 2 hours, so please plan your time accordingly. Mosquitos and Wildlife: As with any tropical location, mosquitos and other small creatures are common. Mosquito repellent is recommended. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Good to know There is an active construction project nearby. Most days involve minimal finishing work. On some days there may be drilling or hammering. We are always available during working hours if anything affects your stay.
