It’s located in a very good area. Very clean and comfortable, the size of the pool is not promising apart from that everything was perfect. The staff (Hope) was really helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms are spacious and modern. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at one of the Swoi Lofts villas for 2 weeks as a family with two young children, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and everything is brand new. It offers a perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and tranquility. The entrance is securely guarded 24/7, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Vony, who was always available whenever we needed anything. If there was ever a small issue or question, she responded immediately and either came to the villa within minutes or arranged help right away. Her hospitality and care made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is simply amazing. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance: a wonderful kindergarten, Pilates studios, fantastic cafés and restaurants, spas and massage places, padel courts, even a matcha shop, as well as supermarkets. We truly fell in love with the neighborhood and its vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Our family created beautiful memories here, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Swoi Lofts to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located villa in Bali. We would love to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Romeo and Juliet. It is a gorgeous brand new villa right in the heart of Pererenan. You are just minutes from the beach but the place is incredibly peaceful. The best part was having zero construction noise around which is a rare find in Bali right now. The outdoor area is stunning with a huge pool a fun heart shaped jacuzzi and a rooftop lounge perfect for sunsets. Our private butler was amazing and cooked us breakfast every morning for just the cost of groceries. Another huge plus was the water filtration system meaning the tap water is totally safe to brush your teeth with. Super comfy beds fast Wi-Fi and just a flawless vibe overall.

Spent a wonderful 3 days here. The villa is brand new, honestly feels like no one has ever lived here before. Stunning minimalist design, tons of natural light, and a very premium vibe. The pool area is perfect, and having a dedicated workspace was super helpful. Quiet and private, yet close to everything. The host was incredibly welcoming and check-in was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time here. The loft design is beautiful, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the details, the lighting, the comfy layout, and how well-equipped the kitchen and living areas are. It honestly felt like a luxury home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and because the villa is hidden away from the main road traffic, we got the best nights of sleep. Everything felt fresh, immaculate, and brand new. Plus, the management team was so attentive and made check-in a breeze. Definitely a 5-star experience!

This place is stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in so much natural light, and the designer decor makes the whole place feel super high-end and stylish. The highlight for me was the pool area, that mirror setup is amazing for photos! It’s also incredibly practical if you need to get some work done, as the dedicated workstation is perfectly set up. The king beds were so comfortable, and the team was wonderful. Can’t recommend this place enough, it looks even better in person!

The location is perfect, everything you need like the beach, gym, and great cafes are just a short walk away. Yet, because the villa is tucked away in a quiet side street, it’s incredibly peaceful and silent. The villa itself feels brand new, spotless, and has a super stylish loft design. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The team was so welcoming and helpful, too. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here with a large family and couldn't be happier. The villa is brand new and in perfect condition , every detail feels considered. Breakfast was genuinely excellent The team provided a baby cot and high chair at no extra charge, which made a huge difference traveling with little ones. true 5-star service. The jacuzzi was a big hit for everyone. Location is wonderfully quiet, yet you're just minutes from the action. Highly recommend for families
