Maximum 8 sets of towels provided (32 towels) You may request additional towels or bedsheets, or an extra change of them, for an additional price of 20k per item change. Children up to 8 years old, sharing existing bedding, stay for free. The villa can basic accommodates 8 adults and up to 5 children (sharing existing bedding or using available for free baby cot or extra bed) at the basic price. Family-Friendly Amenities: - A dedicated children's area in the pool with a safe depth of 30 cm. - Complimentary baby amenities (FREE of charge): 1 crib, 1 high chair Party Rules: We do have a policy against large parties and events to ensure the tranquility of our neighbourhood, a small, private celebration (birthdays , hen parties) among the guests staying at the villa is acceptable (up to 12 persons). However, we do ask that noise levels are kept in check, especially after 10 PM, out of respect for our neighbours.

Always at Your Service: We do not provide 24/7 support or overnight assistance. We are available during our working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to assist with any inquiries or requests you may have. Communication Channels: All communication proceeds exclusively through the Airbnb platform chat or our official WA chat. Phone calls to mobile numbers are not available. Check in: In person from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM. At other times, you are welcome to do self check-in using the code provided. Daily Cleaning: Available on request before 12:00 PM (message us in platform chat to schedule). Linen & Towel Change: Twice a week (every 3–4 days). Pool & Garden: Serviced 2 times a week — access must be granted to keep the pool clean and safe for your stay. Frequently Asked Questions: Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud activities are permitted between 8 am and 10 pm. Safety: The villa is safe and secure, but please keep valuables in the provided safety box. We are not responsible for any missing belongings outside the deposit box. If you forget your safe code, we can help you open it; however, due to security protocols, this procedure takes about 2 hours, so please plan your time accordingly. Mosquitos and Wildlife: As with any tropical location, mosquitos and other small creatures are common. Mosquito repellent is recommended. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Galungan Day and other public holidays: No cleaning services provided.
