Always at Your Service: We do not provide 24/7 support or overnight assistance. We are available during our working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to assist with any inquiries or requests you may have. Communication Channels: All communication proceeds exclusively through the Airbnb platform chat or our official WA chat. Phone calls to mobile numbers are not available. Check in: In person from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM. At other times, you are welcome to do self check-in using the code provided. Housekeeping & Privacy: You have your dedicated Butler at the villa who can assist you with daily cleaning and breakfast cooking service (you cover the cost of ingredients). The villa is professionally cleaned before check-in and after check-out. Fresh linens and towels change 2 times a week. Frequently Asked Questions: Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud activities are permitted between 8 am and 10 pm. Construction Noise: Construction noise in the area may occur between 8 am and 10 pm. Safety: The villa is safe and secure, but please keep valuables in the provided safety box. We are not responsible for any missing belongings outside the deposit box. If you forget your safe code, we can help you open it; however, due to security protocols, this procedure takes about 2 hours, so please plan your time accordingly. Mosquitos and Wildlife: As with any tropical location, mosquitos and other small creatures are common. Mosquito repellent is recommended. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Galungan Day and other public holidays: No cleaning services provided.
